This "Moment" is based on an experience of the little guy in this photo.  He is not my son, he is just a little buddy who snuck into this picture.

He was recently walking downtown with his Dad after an evening basketball game.  They walked past a panhandler who was seated on the curb and asking everyone for money.  Nearly everyone was ignoring the panhandler but not my buddy.  He broke away from his father and went to stand right in front of him.  He was trying to figure out what this man was doing.

No words were spoken.  My buddy just looked at the panhandler with the love of a child.  The panhandler stopped shaking his metal mug and smiled at my little buddy.  He then did something that surprised everyone.  He removed some money from his cup and handed it to my buddy.
